During that time, he underwritten close to $30 billion in commercial real estate transactions and closed over $7 billion in debt and equity placements across 34 states within the U.S.

Naresh began his career acquiring and operating small businesses in the Northeast, scaling like-businesses through acquisitions and eliminating redundant operational costs. He started this journey 36+ years ago through a creative partnership where he built sweat-equity, and later through diligent cost cutting began acquiring real estate.
Over 20 years of multiple partnerships, joint ventures, and capital raises, Naresh has continued to actively manage the Ivory Equity portfolio with a boots-on-the-ground mindset — focused on diligent management and investing in great talent to build a lasting business.
